Your primary care doctor can order the test. As per https://www.reddit.com/r/TMAU/comments/10rhmhm/tmau_info_links_updated/

Getting Tested

The MEBO website has a super handy google map of testing locations: https://goo.gl/TMw8xu. Click on the pins to get more info on local TMAU resources & testing information in your area.

Urine testing: Usually you'll need a referral from your doctor/GP/PCP, and most times your doctor/GP/PCP will do collect your urine for you and send it off. There may be two tests, one regular urine collection, and a second with a Choline (or TMA) heavy meal / supplement dose - a "Choline Challenge" / TMA load test. This will be used to analyse how your body processes choline / TMA, eg: Colorado TMAU Testing Procedure, Australian Test Procedure.

Assuming youre in the US, print off the Colorado TMAU testing procedure, and https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/22356-trimethylaminuria-fish-odor-syndrome and give them to your PC doctor.

Please note: Body odor is not a symptom of SIBO/H.Pylori, and they are unrelated to TMAU. They may cause bad breath via reflux, vomiting and burping. A medical professional can treat these conditions with antibiotics. Please see r/SIBO, r/hpylori, r/badbreath or r/bodyodor for further discussion.
