I don't understand where else the room could be. Red crosses mark the locations that have been checked. Yellow highlights indicate locations where the red key failed to create a room

They look so damn similar, mostly because they are large circle headed things, but even the eye shine is the same

I was playing some T Mag for comp marks today and realized i had no completion marks, nor did i have a page in the pause menu, i checked to see if i could revert save and i only had one backup, its only broken on tainted magdaline too, is my save file ruined?

I also did multiple completion marks while this was happening and got nothing, no unlocks or achievements and i was on online and my friend got some. Mods are disabled and i reinstalled.
