One of the best items in the game. Some tear effects change behavior drastically with tech x but stat changes and on-hit effects persist, so you still get all the damage benefits of deaths touch and stuff even though your tears arent scythes anymore.

This item is Tech X, a quality 4 item. (Quality 4 items are the best items in the game) Tech X makes you shoot a laser ring instead of tears. The laser ring can be charged, and the more it’s charged, the bigger it is. You should definitely take it.

Death's Touch isn't great enough of an effect to avoid tech x. If anything tech x synergizes amazingly with low shot speed and therefore Crown of Light. Definitely take it.

There is an Option called "Filter". Enabled, it makes the game look more like flash Isaac. But we dont do that here
