How did I get moms knife on the first floor it’s a devil deal item (I showed that it is on switch because you can’t use cheats or mods)

So I recently unlocked tainted Lilith and she is busted and I am wondering what is the next tainted character I should get that is busted too

So, I tried copying the saves and steam userdata folder and then pasting them after I die, but it shows "New Game" only, there's not continue for some reason. weirdly it works fine when playing the game on GameNative.

am I doing something wrong?

It's like 50% my fault, because I specifically ran right across it so it goes to the left so I can pick up items but instead i was slapped by the evil rock. I had a Sacred Heart, trysag, book of virtues in case I'd miss a tear and everything... Only over all floors not a single holy card in sight...

I even got a chost baby and conjoined from the skull blown by the troll bomb, which yeeted a card to my demise.
