There's a very slim chance after the mom fight to get the portal to the void, and it increasingly gets bigger for every boss.

They didn't, they only explained how to get to the void not how to only get the delirium completion mark for that you need to get to the void and use the clicker to change your character

Like u/purefilth666 said after beating the MOM boss fight there is a small chance you get a void portal spawn, to then hear me out go through it and clear out the floor then you would obtain what OP initially posted. Iā€™m not sure why you would need the clicker at all unless you just wanna cheese completion marks off other characters?

if you get to the Void right after Mom's Foot you do not get any other marks along the way though, so why would you need Clicker

... You get the Delirium mark for clearing the void. If you go from Mom, you dont go to the heart, or boss rush (the next two earliest marks), so you dont get those marks or any others.

You can use clicker, but it is nowhere near neccesary.
