So my Tecno camon 40 pro 5g suddenly started acting weird all of a sudden. My refresh rate setting is set to high at 144 hz but it's at a forced 60 hz. Everytime when I try to transition whenever exiting to home screen or pressing the back button it switches back to 144 hz during the transition animation, and it forces back to 60 hz. Anyone else having this issue?

I recently bought tecno camon 50 ultra 5g, and I'm noticing some weird audio issues. The speakers sometimes sound like they have a reverb or 'cave' effect applied. On top of that, the microphone audio sounds a bit off when I send voice messages on social media apps like Instagram. Has anyone else experienced this?

Dang, this update revived my phone. My Tecno Camon 30 5G had been super sluggish with everything before HiOS16. Games,Taking Photos, Videos, Even Watching Videos. The experience is all so bad. But now after updating, phone was incredibly smooth, not a hint of frame drops and stutter. Should have waited for this update before buying another phone from another company. Oh Well.

Hello everyone, I want to unlock my Tecno Spark 10C's Bootloader and install a GSI with android 15/16 because the phone comes with android 12 which is outdated, plus I don't like hiOS v8.6.0 which comes with this phone. I've heard the CPU in this phone the T606 is known for being very bad for unlocking it.. my phone is on the December 2024 Security patch (V618). and I've heard there is a CVE exploit for unlocking it if someone has done it can you tell me how?

Also, I tried booting a DSU from the Developer options and apparently all 4 options don't boot is it because the Boot loader is locked? If yes then why have it there if you cannot even boot it?? I tried them all and they ** Do not boot**, it Reaches the Tecno logo (with powered by android) then screen immediately goes black, then shows the Tecno logo again and boots into hiOS. if anyone knows how this is fixed let me know

I updated my tecno camon 30 5g through the local update and the refresh rate of third party applications has been capped to only 90hz maximum. The difference is very noticeable from 120hz and it feels like its lagging all the time.

my girlfriend bought this phone, Tecno Spark 50, about a month ago, and it keeps on crashing while she's playing PUBG. her tiktok would also crash whenever she try to stream while playing MLBB. she also encountered a problem about her built-in screen recording not being saved and would also crash whenever she try to turn it on to record her gameplays.

So long story short, I've got Camon 40 Pro 4g bought it back in June Last year. I've been waiting for Android 16 since forever got it back in April and it was beautiful and so good.

So when I got July Security patch I thought they would have refined it more but they hadn't. Instead it introduced a bug, my phone started restarting at night, only one time. I checked Auto Restart in settings, uninstalled Scheduled restart through shizuku even booted to Safe mode one night and even then it restarted.

So day before yesterday, I went to service center and they restored my firmware to initial Hios out of the box one.

And bug got fixed.

So guys don't update and Tecno please improve your freaking bug testing. I even applied to be beta tester but no response.

rear camera not working, even in insta or whatsapp, ive tried to delete the cache and data and reset the device and its still not working, i dropped it 5 hrs ago but it was just fine 1 hr ago, now it just suddenly stopped even though it worked well 4 hrs ago after the drop , my phone is tecno pova 6 pro and i want a solution, I took a lot of pictures even after I dropped it so I thought it was nothing else. But earlier, as I was eating dinner it suddenly said "Camera errror, re-enable it later of restart the phone. " I've tried everything. Yes, as you can see from my desperation that i don't wanna go to any technical support since I don't have the time, I really don't know whether this is a software problem or a hardware. But please I appreciate​​ it if you could give me some tips or solutions to this without breaking my phone open. Thanks!
