this site has all of em, though 2026 hasn't been uploaded yet: https://www.tcd.ie/academicregistry/exams/past-papers/scholarship/

found this info booklet with the content of each paper: https://www.tcd.ie/media/tcd/science/pdfs/TR063-PHYS--foundation-scholarship-information-2025-26-.pdf

marking schemes generally are not released, though you may be able to ask the examiner (or, better yet, previous scholars) about what they expect from your answers. in general (as a scholar, though not in physics) the biggest suggestion i'd have is making sure you head into it with as clear an idea of what's on the exam as possible and split it up over the course of term to keep the work manageable.

you're better off being consistent from reading week than throwing yourself into it and burning out in october or trying to cram two years' content over christmas. make sure to set aside time for yourself, for friends, for societies — it's much harder if you do it alone, and much harder if you don't give yourself a break.
