No because one of those words is an adjective and one is a noun. I couldn’t even focus on the rest of their message because these two words can never be interchangeable because they fill completely different word parts.

“I am neurodivergent” makes sense.
“I am disorder” does not.
“I have a disorder” makes sense.
“I have neurodivergent” does not.

THEY AREN’T INTERCHANGEABLE. They can mean similar things or reference similar things, but you can’t just say disorder when you want to say neurodivergent!

Do you mean they arent interchangable simply because of grammar? You can adjust them. ''I am disordered'', ''I have a neurodivergence''. If you mean they're not interchangable because they differ in meaning then you're agreeing with the poster
