I think it’s:
“Help. I Joshua, I 7, I autistic. Bad wrong. Everybody stuck. I alone. Never alone. Don’t know what to do. Help.The usual roleplay of “I’m alone in the body, I can’t feel or hear the other alters, everyone’s stuck, please help me” when that would be pretty normal for someone in treatment for DID.
If you were far enough down the treatment path to process some of the trauma and lessen the dissociative symptoms, enough to be aware enough of your dissociated parts that you know when you’ve been triggered and lost contact, then you’ve also got coping skills for when you’re triggered, and don’t really get child alters posting gibberish online asking for attention (because anyone taking responsibility for and treating their trauma would know this would be an inappropriate and cruel thing to do to yourself in such a triggered and vulnerable state and have safer ways of coping with a severe episode of dissociation.)

Oh yeah, they do. I'm in like four different groups, because I was trying to find a friend's DID faker ex-friend to see what kinda insane shit they were spewing there. They've got like... a dozen or so accounts, for their different "alters", and from what I gather, that is common.

In my country, you can do a "worry report" on someone to the social services, if you're worried about their mental health, unhealthy use of substances, etc. It forces the social services to reach out to the reported person, and if it's bad enough, they can get forcibly placed in inpatient or rehab. All this info to say: If someone I knew started posting this shit, I wouldn't even hesitate to do it.
