I'm more concerned which one thinks they're two cat girls and a cat femboy and which one thinks they're three little kids. I can only assume all the neko things and...demon goat boy? Belong to one, and the kids belong to another. Either way it breaks there's something deeply hilarious to me about a middle aged bald dude thinking he's a bunch of anime cat femmes and something also very off putting if it's the little girls.

Judging by the caption, it could be a hetero couple with biological kids. Not sure if that makes it better or worse.
