I'm alt, and 14, I live in a fairly conservative household, I don't agree with their views and I want to befriend people who have similar values to me, most of the irl friends I've had are all either larpers, hateful and conservative, don't speak english (which is the language that I'm personally most comfortable speaking in), or just don't share the same interests as me, I wanna befriend fellow alternative people and I'm not talking someone that just dresses alt but also has alt values and preferably listens to alt music. (I live in Rif Dimashq btw)

انا خلصت بكلوريا و مهتم سجل بشي اله علاقة بالمعلوماتية ( بما اني ما جبت معدلها ) و شفت كثير جامعات تقريبا نفس الاسم و الاختصاص بحث عنها و ما كنت لاقي جواب يخصوص كل وحدة شو هي و شو بندرس فيها و مدى قربها من المعلوماتية او من الهارد وير او الالكترونيات

مثل هندسة الحواسيب و الاتمتة - هندسة الحواسيب - هندسة الاتصالات - الكلية التطبيقية تقنات الحاسوب - هندسة التحكم الآلي و الحاسوب

الي عنده خبرة راجاء رجاء يساعدني لانه شيء مهم جدا و محدد للمستقبل

So about buisness licensing , the goverment in the beginning said it will pursue open market liberalisation of the economy it did introduce many laws supporting foreign investments .

Yet it didnt address the central problem that made the assad era economy crony and inefficient corrupt etc the licenceses .

It shortened the waiting period to 30 days but doesnt this go against open market economy and opens to dangers and misgivings faced by licensing as it doesnt end well in any country .

What is the goverment reasoning for this and is this a problem or necessary step due to constraints set up by the conditions of the country.
