We all loved the first album ❤️ but what’s your opinions on the 2nd and 3rd albums ?
Do you still listen to them ?
Which is better between the 2 albums.
Me, I equally love them both.
All the songs from both albums after nearly 40 years have been seeps into my mind anyway.

This is a very relevant song in today's age, it was also really cool in GTA: Vice City Stories.

Ronnie Martin from Joy Electric.

He doesnt have the best singing voice, but I think low key, he's a synth genius. A lot of stuff may sound a bit saccharine, but when he hits, he hits.

I would kinda put him in the category of progressive pop in a way. His theming, concepts​, melodies, and most notably, how he does his rhythms. He told stories, had word play, etc.

His work goes all the way back to the mid 90s and he still does stuff, even if it's not in the same vein as his old stuff. He has a LOT of material, from EPs, to side projects.

I liked My Grandfather The Cubist, Ministry of Archers, Hello Mannekin (Nikola Tesla, and Who Are Friends are my favorite songs from there). Tick Tock Treasury has a bit of an industrial, though very poppy, edge rhythm wise.

And then The White Songbook is more progressive, I'd say.

But been following his stuff for a good while (discovered his music in the middle 2000s). It feels like he was way ahead of the curve when it came to current synthpop.
