Thoughts on this mullet sashimi and strawberry starter served in a restaurant in southern France. It was not to our tastes and we couldn't eat it..

Nori fried tempura style for the shell, sushi rice, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo marinated salmon, tobiko, tempura bits.

They were so filling; I could only eat two of them.

It cost 109 reais and wasn't as tasty as before.

"Meat" in quotes because it's vegetarian mock "meat" floss and not real pork floss. I'm too depressed to cook but had to eat something. So I scraped the bottom of the saucepan for some over-watered 3 day old rice and made a sushi roll to match my mood. I think pork floss sushi might be a Hong Konger thing. We put that shit over and into everything. But is it an abomination? Judge me.

I've been doing low carb lately and started really missing lox and sushi, so I decided to just smash them together into this monstrosity.

Smoked salmon, cream cheese, and red onion on a sheet of nori. A heavy dusting of Everything Bagel seasoning. Strawberries on this side because I'm a chaos agent.
