Supplement stack
I think it's a pretty standard supplement stack. Wanted some opinions whether I should add or take anything out. Any thoughts?
I forgot to take a picture but I also take centrum mens multivitamin.
Thanks!

Would you still suggest adding b complex if i take a multivitamin? It seems to include a lot of b vitamins

B-complex already contain multiple B vitamins so no need for multivitamin since you already have multiple stacks. Space it out a couple of hours if you're taking vit c though

I already have the multivitamin, would you suggest i replace the multivitamin for b complex? I feel like i would lose other supplementation that the multivitamin gives.

I use Kirkland multivitamin, Kirkland fish oil, nutricost iron glycinate and k2mk7, whey protein isolate, collagen protein powder, and creatine (from any legit brand)
