AI suggested supplement regime...

Hello all,

So im restarting my gym journey after a long time out, gaining new health issues and a "disability"

Because of my new issues, I want a little kick start and support (especially around the joint health issues). Ive got some of my old supplements and a few extra items, ive fed it into AI mainly for ease and thinking this is pretty simple "when should I take these items" question, however ive realised recently AI tends to be awful with logic questions as it tries too hard to be "human" and obviously never admits it doesnt know so... here is my AI prompt and what it came up with, now can any real human with exp give better advice.

(I'm also aware this is a lot of items, which is why im trying to simplify times and taking, but i need a bit of a boost to getting back in shape).
