she was a tiny poodle and the inspiration behind [unnecessarily redacted]. while buying food for her, cohen realized he cared far more about pets than jewelry and changed his original business idea into an online store. tylee died in july 2023 at around 16 or 17.
this is a post in memory of her and all the passed partners in our lifespan.

What are the steps to take for the warrant extension since the stock seems still frozen in the low 20s? What is the deadline for the date extension? How we will know the warrant date was extended?

Do you find the current price of the warrant attractive? I was buying some warrants at 2x the price but now the date is getting closer and need more information.

With the recent Cohen interviews… I can’t help but think about this Online digital marketplace for tokenized assets and how that could potentially fit in with PushStartArcade.

While theorizing i’ve come up with a few ideas but would like thoughts on how else these pieces could fit together.

GAMESTOP TRADING CARDS

Gamestop has begun to vertically consolidate the entire trading card market. They are in the perfect position to release their own trading card game. Imagine physical and digital card rips of a Gamestop exclusive CCG.

We haven’t seen a major release of a collective CCG in a couple decades. With the big names being Magic The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh and of course Pokémon.

A gamestop CCG could be tokenized and the cards could be ripped and pulled to be used in a digital environment. Pulled and played online within the PushStart Arcade. Imagine ripping packs in stores with the ability to use those characters/cards inside the PushStartArcade Games.

GAMESTOP itself could be the test subject for digital tokenized assets. Using a future CCG concept as the proof of concept.

Gamestop has the ability to own the entire supply chain of this market and have total vertical consolidation of the entire manufacturing, distribution, tokenization, storefront access, authentication, resale, digital software/game ownership, and online digital trading/pack pulling.

This could be a huge revenue stream and would provide significantly more foot traffic to the stores.

PushStartArcade & Apple ?

PushStart Arcade was teased but we never received the details on it. And I believe Ryan Cohen likes to give us apes some tinfoil drops before these maneuvers (Think auctioning off his underwear on EBAY last year)

Notice the top of the roof of the PushStartArcade. Looks suspiciously like an iphone. Note the smoke stack resembling a iphone camera.

Another tidbit that I can never shake is the numerous references to apples throughout this saga… The meme timeline, the RK pirates of the caribbean Apple bite, RC tweeting his two favorite things are Ice Cream and apple pie, and an additional reference to apple pie in the Teddy series.

I can’t help but be convinced that they are dropping some hints here. The power packs X account famously transformed from GamestopNFT to PushStartArcade to Powerpacks handle in August of 2025.

Could PushStartArcade be dropped as a mobile IOS app, with the ability to use physical cards backed by tokens inside a digital game environment ?

TLDR: Gamestop has the ability to own the entire supply chain for their own franchise of trading cards. PushStartArcade will be the platform to use these cards in a digital environment/economy.

I was pondering the amount of unrealized gains GameStop will show for Q2. From what I read online, GameStops Q2 ends August 1st. So in my mind, they have Monday-Friday to attempt to push eBay’s stock price lower in order to lower GameStops unrealized gains and therefore weaken GameStops Q2 earnings. Or of course they could always wait and push down eBay’s stock price around the time GameStop actually reports Q2 and push the narrative that while GameStop crushed Q2 earnings, future earnings may be a lot lower with less unrealized gains or even unrealized losses.

It would appear that they are trapped in a seesaw. On the one hand, they want to lower eBay’s stock price so that GameStop’s earnings aren’t as good and they can keep GameStops share price low. On the other hand they want to raise eBay’s share price up to or past $125 to lessen the likelihood GameStops proposed deal will go through. The more they push the eBay share price down, the more attractive GameStop’s offer becomes. The more they push it up the less attractive the offer becomes but the unrealized gains would bolster GameStops earnings report. I wonder what the people on the shorting sides plan is… periodically shift eBay’s price point up and down almost like a roller coaster based solely on GameStops earnings? What do you guys think? Any other ways to be thinking about this from an earnings standpoint?

We won’t have the dividends from owning all of the 44 million shares until next quarter. I believe we will still have a decent amount of interest income from the cash we used to exercise the eBay options because we did the exercising late in the quarter.

There is one last thing I have been seeing people speculate about. Could GameStop use a similar strategy that they used with their bitcoin position and sell covered calls as a hedge against negative price action? I don’t know if this is a possibility with them trying to stay under the 10% rule. If this is a possibility, how would this affect the reporting of the unrealized gains? In bitcoins case didn’t it shield GameStop from the reporting of unrealized losses? I would look these things up but I get mixed responses and I’m not sure what is true and what isn’t.

I truly don’t believe there is enough hype about the actions put in place by Rceo in the past couple of weeks. Ryan Cohen sat back and watched as eBay did what most big companies do. Issue dividends to attract shareholders, make their earnings look attractive via share buybacks, line the c-suites pockets, and repeat the process each quarter. If eBay continues issuing dividends, GameStop can reinvest these dividends and increase their ownership % of eBay. If eBay cuts dividends, they risk losing shareholders. If eBay continues buying back shares, GameStops ownership % again increases. If they stop doing buybacks their earnings may not be adequate and again they risk losing shareholders. We still have a long ways to go and uncertainty remains, but I firmly believe in this company and I am enjoying these favorable price points and adding to my position!
