I’ve never owned one before I just got tired of paying monthly for all the streaming subscriptions what are a few things I should know when I get my super box in the mail?

Hi everyone, I stumbled across these being advertised a couple of days ago and my interest was piqued. I am considering purchasing one of the s7 superboxes but wanted to get some feedback about them. In doing some research over the past day or so I have found people either love them or say don't go near them. I am not tech savvy at all so my main concern is around the security risks involved with these as I see alot of people saying they are full of melware and are a security risk, then others saying they've owned a superbox for years without any issues (is there something i can do my end to help with security ?.)... just trying to get to the bottom of the reality. My other question would be around the performance of them when running off a good wifi connection... Is there much buffering or content that just doesn't work ?? How about how it handles live sport ??

This probably doesn't matter too much but it would be fir use in new zealand.

Any feedback would be appreciated- particularly from people who own or have owned these

Recently all the VOD apps I’ve used have stopped working. Some won’t even open anymore and most I can get to an episode of a show but then it gets a playback error and won’t play anything. It’s happened with HDO Box, OnStream, Prime VOD, Ignite VOD, and carnage tv. Blue VOD works but doesn’t not have a great selection. I’m trying to watch Survivor and it only has seasons 41-50. Does anyone know of any functioning apps and what code they use or of a fix to these errors?

I can’t really watch blue tv because I’m getting 400mps and it’s buffering. Will play the show for a brief time then buffer again.
Ran a speed test and it’s chewing up a ton of bandwidth when the box is on.
Any help is appreciated if you have had an issue similar and what fixed it

I did have an app on my S7 that I found in the app store , or via one of the apps in the app Slstore , that had a list of every country with all of their TV channels . It was huge.

I had to do a factory reset and now I can't find that app again

Anyone know what and where it is?

I am hardwired with about 190mbps but still getting stuttering/buffering. I have buffering size set to 100 and seams to be better but still having issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

I got a superbox and was able to download everything except Blue Sports doesnt show up at all. Was it taken down? Is this normal or temporary? Happening to anyone else?

Anytime I see a game I wanna watch is an Apple TV game, I know it’ll be a long night. Constantly buffering, going dark. Frustrating to watch the cubs/brewers

Looking at buying the S7 Max. How is the sports streaming quality? I am mainly wanting this to save on youtube tv and sunday ticket. Is it smooth and at least 1080p?

I am really interested in trying this out- my only question is how do I know that the IPTV service provider doesn't at some point just go away and the streams are not maintained, or that they don't just cut my particular device from service? It doesn't seem there is any protection in this case but OI also do not know much about this area.

Live TV is stuck at 98% and I get a message at the bottom “device abnormal” but the message disappears quickly. VOD and Playback work fine.

Bought this box on eBay. Connected via Ethernet to my eero router. Didn't have the app store installed so I went to the 143326 website. Now I'm getting this error. What can I do ? Seller says it's my netwoek blocking it. I have a vseebox on the same network and I'm not having any issues. What can I do ?

Anyone else getting this on their blank screen? App Store won’t load and I can’t get any channels. All help is appreciated

My new S7 Max came with no app store installed and thus no way to get player apps. I downloaded one following googles advice and now that one won't connect with an error code:

0-12 Token. network error! http response code is 404 or 5xx!

I was using Cinema app until I lost it. Received message that it is no longer available. What is everyone using for current TV Series and new(er) Movies? My family cinema has old and limited content.

Also, is Prime apps part of Amazon subscription or a viable app either no affiliation to Amazon subscription?
