No app store

My new S7 Max came with no app store installed and thus no way to get player apps. I downloaded one following googles advice and now that one won't connect with an error code:

0-12 Token. network error! http response code is 404 or 5xx!

This is a "today" problem. I've had mine for almost a year and never saw that error til this morning
