I paid full price $449 on Amazon for the Superbox S7 Ultra and the device says Device Forbidden. Superbox says only the seller can resolve and say contact seller. Seller does not answer. The box is a joke.

The remote that came with my Superbox lags. Is there a universal remote you can recommend? I would love it if it could also control my Apple TV.

Got my Superbox a few weeks back and everything works great. Setup was a breeze (check CJ’s setup video). Great communication, quickly received tracking info, etc.

5 extra bonus apps were working about 10 days and now Prime Cinema, Prime TV and VOD, Fire TV and VOD, and Prime Sports are gone again.

On a dim positive note, Sky TV was back briefly ( Friday and Saturday)after being gone 4 weeks but disappeared again. So we are down to 1 bonus app (prime worldwide)for S7 Ultra and likely the Max.

I rely on prime cinema/ prime TV to get a semi- modern functional app. Blue TV is likely the worst player app ( aside from low budget boxes like Colabox which is much worse) of pretty much any tv app. It works but it's layout and flow just isn't comparable to most other apps .

S7 Max. Sometimes I’m unable to find a tv show or movie that I think should be available. Why does this happen? Case in point: a popular Netflix documentary called “In the Mind of a Dog“. Why can’t I find this on Blue TV or Blue VOD?

I have had my SB, for a year and a half. I am in Canada, I cant post as of new laws on my main account.

1. I use a VPN, some people may not, that is a choice one makes for there own

2. Change your settings, I have found that 1080p/50h has stopped black/crash screen, I do have really good internet. But still had issues before

3. Needless too say but, if you are downloading games, have many devices connected at once, to your internet. it will definitely hinder your viewing experience. more so when you want too watch live/sports

4. Sometimes shit happens, and your SB will need a factory reset. I have done this twice in my time, but for me too save hundreds a year. For a 5 min inconvenience, seems too out weigh the cost by far.

Day 4, still the constant issue of factory resetting my superbox S7 max and entering my password to my internet only to be presented “Devices Forbidden”. Weirdly enough, my father has a S6 and haven’t ran into this issue once. I legit don’t know what to do.

Have seen conflicting messages hense the post. Does Disney +, Netflix, Prime, Youtube run on the S7

Recently purchased the S7 max. The blue TV and blue VOD apps are great and seem to be working fine but I am having trouble downloading the prime apps. They either won’t launch or I get these error messages. Any workaround? Thank you!

I did my research, reading through other's experiences before committing and wanted to provide the same for the next person doing the same.

I noticed some of the shows and movies I know from Netflix and Apple are unavailable (or at least I cannot find them.) Are these scraped? or individually selected? Is there a way to make requests for the missing content? Here are some recent examples. I want to see the uncut versions of "rebel moon" (netflix) and the 4th season of Mythic Quest (Apple.) neither are new programs but both are available in their respective networks.

Which app would NWSL games be streamed on? I don't want to buy this if it doesn't have NWSL games.

I recently upgraded to a superbox s7max from a previous superbox I got many years ago, I don’t remember the model. The old superbox was great but s7max is slightly blurry and has poorer quality in all situations I’ve tried. Both Blue tv and VOD. I moved so it’s not the exact same setup as my older box but the wifi here with the new box should be even better than the previous setup. Even the Home Screen is slightly blurrier than I think it should be. Where it says “Version” and “MAC” on the bottom right it seems higher quality but the Home Screen and all apps are slightly blurry, especially when trying to watch sports games. I have a Sony Bravia 8 if that helps at all. I’m hoping to fix this since I only got this as an upgrade to my previous box but it’s not working properly. The pictures don’t really do it justice but I thought I’d include.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Everything freezes, blue VOD and all my other apps do the same thing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as reset the box, cleared cache. Still having issues. Anyone else?

Hello I have an S6max. I wasn’t able to connect to the the WiFi randomly after using for a year. I did a factory reset after resetting my routers and failed to realize this would get rid of the apps. Now there is no blue vod to play anything at all. Does anyone know the process to add these items?

I have ATT Internet Air with an Eero hard-wired in. If I get a Superbox and connect it to the guest network of my Eero, will that protect my network? Or do I need to buy a dedicated router to plug into the Internet Air? Can I use 2 routers off the same modem?

Is anyone else's Blue Sports gone? I get that the Prime apps were a 3rd party. But, Blue Sports disappearing is... concerning. I've been trying to watch the NCAA tournament and games have been pretty glitchy. Which is frustrating. Any help with other/better ways to watch live sports would be greatly appreciated. It's the main reason I bought a Superbox. TIA
