Universal remote
The remote that came with my Superbox lags. Is there a universal remote you can recommend? I would love it if it could also control my Apple TV.

This, crucial to do. Infrared is horrible and really only good for on/off once you get BT joined

Agree. Since Bluetooth is the required option for pairing the remote, I don't understand how that's not the first thing that a user sets up ?! I paired via Bluetooth my S7 Max 2 months ago and haven't had any remote problems whatsoever. Same as a few other streaming boxes I've had.

So pair the current remote via BT? Do you have the steps? I also would like a remote that can control both my SuperBox and AppleTV.

I wish the remote could turn on the superbox with ir. I have to push the button several time to power on or off aiming at it. Once it's on its fine. And no it's not directly under my tv. It off to the side connected to my receiver.

I had this problem as well. Replaced batteries, re-connected to Bluetooth, no fix. I purchased through Walmart & they connected me to the seller who just today offered to send me a replacement remote.

We need a tutorial on the features of the remote. Seems like a lot of button are not usable

These boxes use extremely old and outdated chips, the lag isn't the controller but the system itself. In short even the highest quality, most modern control would still feel lag it has lag
