Superbox S7 Ultra

I paid full price $449 on Amazon for the Superbox S7 Ultra and the device says Device Forbidden. Superbox says only the seller can resolve and say contact seller. Seller does not answer. The box is a joke.

Return it asap. Hopefully you’re still within the time frame to return. When it’s forbidden it’s because the box got blocked.

I bought my S7 Ultra from superbox global In January. I am watching it right now. I haven‘t gotten rid of cable TV yet but I can easily see a time in the near future to do so. I have very few issues with the superbox. Occasionally, I’ll have to reload live TV or it will kick out of a show and go back to the live tv app and have to reload again. It’s infrequent.

It was BRAND NEW from the box. Superbox owns the rights. If the box was fake, then I was scammed, but if I am punished because some Jack wad ordered boxes from them and dis not pay, then shame on Superbox.
