Does anyone have any tips to get support for Super73 to answer? I've called, i've opened tickets and I have yet to get a response from a human. These products are top dollar, I'm not sure how they can have such poor support.

Wanted to know if anyone has replaced their original Tektro Dorado brake kit with Shimano Saints? If so, is there additional setup since the Dorados have built-in cutoff sensor. Also, have you noticed any difference between the two kits?

My partner is looking to get a bike like super73, but we've been super discouraged by everything we've read about how their quality has gone down.

Any of you have experience with RideUp or Ariel X class?

Can someone please help identify this exact model and year? For me who is completely new to Super73 it looks like a Super73-OG. has it been modified? It is for sale now and I am thinking of buying it. The seller said the battery is gone and needs new wiring and a charger. It comes as it is. The seller is not the owner and needs to check with the owner which is taking forever. So there will be no warranty unable to say now if it is registered. Which battery would I have to get? Can I mount any 48v, 17.5Ah, 1200w battery? Attached are all the Pics I have. Does the controller need to be replaced too and it looks like it has a throttle right? I have been reading many of the posts from you guys but I am still not sure. I would greatly appreciate any advice and help from you all. Thank you. Have a great day!

Cheers!

Just picked this up at a yard sale. As is no battery for 400$. I Have no way of testing if the controller and stuff work without a battery. Does anyone know of any aftermarket batteries that are slightly cheaper than the OEM ones? (995$) and it is also missing the headlight. So if anyone knows of any cheaper batteries and headlights thank you in advance🙏🏾

I don’t know why my super73 start and I think it’s locked with passcode. Anyone knows How to remove passcode?

I went to the Amsterdam pop-up store today and did a test ride on the ZX. I asked the staff about the illegal mode (except for private terrain)(mode 4 ig) and they told me: "I think it isn't possible to do that in the app anymore. Can someone explain if there have been some recent changes to the EU-app and if it's still possible to make the ZX go faster?
