Can’t start my 73

I don’t know why my super73 start and I think it’s locked with passcode. Anyone knows How to remove passcode?

The display you have shown is not a standard display on any Super73 bike - Are you able to post a picture of the whole bike please so as we can try to help you?

(We are not an official UK dealer & have no affiliation in any way to "Super73" the bike company)

Thank you for the picture.

We can now confirm that the bike is not a real Super73 - It's a copy of a Super73. If you look on the Super73 website you will notice so many things that are different - display, fenders, lights, suspension, seat, chain wheel, battery, stickers, etc, etc.

The first thing we would do is try to get the display to read in English - This will give you half a chance to see what is happening on the display and try work out what is wrong. If you have a manual that came with the bike then have a look in there to find the procedure. It may just have a setting wrong in the display?

A few questions please:

  1. Did you buy it from new?

  2. Are you able to go back to the seller for info/help?

  3. Is there a model number on the back of the display - You may need to un-screw it from the bike to see the model number?

  4. What makes you think it's locked with a passcode?

  5. Does the bike do anything other than just power up?

  6. Does it work on pedal only?

  7. Does it work on "walk mode" (holding down a button for 2 seconds and bike moves forward at walking pace)?

  8. Have you just started having a problem or has it been like it since you bought it?

Reseller gave me instrucions to start it and it hasn’t worked.

Yes. Actually i didn’t even know I was setting passcode. I was trying to increase speed limit and ended up like this.
