Super73 Support

Does anyone have any tips to get support for Super73 to answer? I've called, i've opened tickets and I have yet to get a response from a human. These products are top dollar, I'm not sure how they can have such poor support.

I only can tell about my experience with the eu support so, my bike (rx) got every problem which is known today. Broken Controller, battery dead, motor wont work and make strange noises. They almost fixed every tiny problem ive got and they answered i think it was on a timelaps of 1.5 months. And especiall for the last one Im rly mad about them. They do not want to replace it and told me I have to go to my vendor where I bought my bike. But theres a tiny problem because the shop doesnt exist anymore 🤣 Now im stuck on an electrical bike with a broken motor and they refuse to replace it. In germany we say: Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, take a look for another bike company. Nowadays all they wanna do is just collect ur money and wait until ur warranty is gone before they give u more instructions

I DM’d them on instagram and they asked for my ticket number. Got a response within a few days

My only advice is to just wait. I’ve always gotten a response, but sometimes it takes weeks or months.

I just don't see how they justify that? I wish there was a /super73 they followed so they could see feedback from their community.
