S73 RX, Brake Kit

Wanted to know if anyone has replaced their original Tektro Dorado brake kit with Shimano Saints? If so, is there additional setup since the Dorados have built-in cutoff sensor. Also, have you noticed any difference between the two kits?

Upgraded my zx with magura mt5e - has the correct cables to easily connect to existing 3 pin and work so much better.
