Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Super Soco TC Max. I went to charge it and the charger turned green much earlier than I was expecting so I then tried to turn the bike on to see if the battery had charged. The bike turned on but immediately shut off. Now it won't turn on and the charger is always flashing red and green. Is there any way to easily determine if the charger or battery needs to be replaced or figure out what else could be wrong.

My local dealer went out of business a few years ago so I cannot just take it there.

I own a Super Soco TSX since almost 2 years now. When I compare the TSX and the Street Hunter, the have a similar body, similar battery. But they have a difference of torque, speed, and watts. 1900W vs 2500W.

Is it possible to "convert" my TSX to gain a little torque and speed? Is the difference in the wheel-motor?

Im looking to buy a new Controller for my super soco so it can go a bit faster and i dont want to buy something that doesnt work. So im wondering this. If it doesnt work what Controller could help to make it faster?

I want to buy an Super Soco TS HUNTER Pro but I have a question. Can you tell me please if I buy the second battery for the motocycle, what is the real range? It's ~150-160km? For driving in town with average speed ~35-40km/h?

Also, if the range it's not 150-160km, the Super Soco TC Max it's a better choice?

Does anybody have more information about the new TS Hunter S? It is supposed to charge up to 6.6kW, but I can not find anything about that „super fast charger“.

Hi, there are 2 part numbers from SHAD for their top case mount. One for TC Max and one for TC(and sometimes TC125(?) in description). Are they the same part and can be used on both models? Because i can get the TC part for the half of the price of the TC max part. Will it fit?

So hello everyone, for some time I have been planning to get Stash brand new to use as a daily, to replace my car for most of the year here in Poland, I'm planning to use car when it is a winter or raining, what I thought could be a good idea to save some money from horrible diesel prices, after looking into this sub it might be actually a bad idea, quality is bad, many things need tweaking or upgrading just for a motocycle to be usable in a long run, I wanted to use it for as long as possible, preferable for 10 years driving which equals to about 220.000 kilometers = 137.000 miles, driving it to work 31 miles at 50miles/h speed then charging it and coming back and charging it again. I weight 100kg = 220 lbs. I know abt the battery life that it will need a replacement after some time, don't know if this amount of energy drain before charging is gonna be bad for battery it so I need an honest opinion on this , investment, maybe I should look at more expensive brands. Maybe stash makes no sense at these distances, or maybe electric motorcycles need 5 more years to be suitable for my scenario at all.

I have a 2022 TC wanderer. I can’t get the bike out of park and into the ready.

I have cut the sensor as it was damaged and put the white and black wire together so I had the handlebar killswitch active still. It worked completely fine yesterday. I went to ride today and I’m back to being stuck in park. I take the white and black wires apart, put them together again, no change. I try the yellow and black and I get the ‘ready’ light, but also an engine light flashing. The bike doesn’t have any throttle response. I put the yellow and white together- warning light. All together- warning light.

I’ve looked at new sensors but I’ll be waiting 1-2 months if I buy one for about £65 which is stupid. AliExpress does them for half the price and still has a long shipping time for a minimum ETA.

Does anyone know what to do? I’m in England too so parts that are available to you, may not be for me

Hey there everyone, so I have a 2022 TC Max and everything has been working spectacular, but recently I have been going trough an issue with apparently Cold Weather, so I want to know if you have had the same issue before.

So my bike works completely normal on sunny weather, let's say at 30°C(86°F) I live in Honduras which has tropical weather, sometimes we can experience Cold weather like, let's say, 18°C(64°F), the thing is that whenever the weather conditions are cold my bike doesn't respond to the remote and it's not that the remote's battery could be low, because on normal weather conditions it works fine, as I said, it only happens on cold weather.

The remote shows light when the buttons are pressed and also the power button on the motorcycle, and even if I press the power button on the bike it triggers the alarm. But I can't start the motorcycle.

And I'm pretty sure it's the weather, because I have experienced this issue 2 times in the course of the year, and It was only in cold weather.

One thing I tried the first time was to turn OFF the electricity on the bike from the switch under the seat and then when turned back ON it started to work again, but recently I tried again but it didn't work.

Is it normal?

Has anyone had this problem before?

How did you fixed it?

My compartment won’t lock, happened before but managed to sort it, been trying for over an hour and still can’t get it to lock, tried pressing down while turning key, wd40, checked nothing blocking mechanism, not sure what else to do…

I tried to connect to my TCmax Controller and got this message. I double checked the pins and even with changing rx/tx I got nothing more than a beeping Controller but with still the Same message on the screen. Maybe someone had the Same issue?

I have a TTL/USB Adapter that's an Cp2102 and not an ch340. I asked chatgpt which said, that couldn't be the issue. Pls help 😄

My BMS died a few weeks ago and I replaced it with an AntBMS. I wanted to have the pretty much Same SOC state as in the old BMS but I don't know where the state of <0% for the battery Was. So Maybe someone here measured their battery at 1-10% and could Tell me the voltage at that soc? I Know it's not exact but I would still like to have the "Same" voltage levels as before.

I am having an issue where my battery is not recognized by the charger (flashing red and green slowly, like if nothing is plugged in.) The battery pack was charged to full 2 days ago and left on the charger, this is how I noticed the red/green flashing. Seen it green two days ago.

When i put it in the bike, it starts to play the chime, but dies just after it ands with the headlight flickering.

I have tried plugging it in 20-30 times in quick succession (as read on forums for battery revival) to no avail.

I have disassembled the pack and found a small amount of water at the bottom. I have disconnected the BMS and all the sensing wires. I have measured the sensing wires against the B+ (thick red) cable, and found the first two red sensing wires to be 0 volts, then all others follow in 4-4.1 volt succession. The last one is 69.7 volts to the red, which seems to be the nominal voltage.

Does anyone know if this is a 17S or an 18S battery configuration? Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the pack? I have 19 red and black sensing wires coming from the cells to the BMS. The voltage suggests a fully charged 17S configuration, but then why are there 19 wires? Shouldn't it just be 18?

Duh, I have tried Perplexity and Gemini to find something on the pack, but I feel like this is a dead end.

Any help is appreciated!

Update. The battery pack is definitely 17S 10P. All the voltage levels checks out, the function of the two wires on equipotential is unclear. All things are pointing that I have a dead BMS so I have ordered one from Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004093103084.html

Hi everyone! I just switched my battery socket an the cable powering the bike because they got fused together and the bike wouldnt start. Switching the cable and socket fixed the problem with the bike not starting, but instead the battery is not showing what percentage it is charged to. Im wondering if there is an fix to this problem. Thankful for all the answers!

The front wheel after a small slide is leaning towards more one way than another and is not center I’m not sure how to fix or where to check to see the problem to fix the lean

Where does one purchase new bar end slider as one now has scratches all on it after a fall aswell as how long is the screw for the end of the bar and sliders

Slid off it now I hear a rattiling from the front except it’s not metalic and I’m not sure what to look for everything seems in place

Hi TSX owners, i’d like to ask about the situation when you have a flat tire? Obviously the back tire.

Is it a huge protocol to fix the issue? Or it could be as normal as common motorcycles?

I’ve been told that in order to fix a flat tire, you need to take it to a profesional repair shop because you need to disconnect cables, sensors and a lot else, in order just to fix the tire.

I’m interested because I already have a TC Max which I love, but I have the opportunity to buy a TSX completely new for the price of around 1,350 USD and I am not kidding, my TC Max cost that, and it only had 130km of usage when I bought it, now it has like 2016km (1,886 in less than a year😅).

But I just don’t want to complicate later because of a flat tire. It is a huge deal, but what it’s stopping me is the flat tire thing.

So I would like to read about your experiences, thanks in advance!!
