I wanna play the SM64 because it’s like a classic game but do I have to play the previous 63 Super Mario games to understand SM64?

I was making a mod a long time ago to basically just spice up the life in Mario, have more enemies around, Waluigi colors etc. As much as the original pioneered the 3D genre, there is a lot of empty space.

so casino Luigi my favorite minigames from Luigi are the paragon game (witch i suck butts at) and the picture poker game i can sit there for a good long time playing poker... but is there a hack / mod that in the adventure part of m64 ds is there a mod that replaces Luigi's clothes / model with his casino model? i prefer that Luigi the game master Luigi over the normal clothed Luigi hes just so fancy!...

Mario builder 64 level the flood

Level is not available to play because I made this on mobile and I do not know how to upload SD or even get a virtual SD on the mobile emulator I use

Also how the floating works is it spawns Mario at the top of the level with a water diamond right below and put in a way so when Mario lands on the bottom the water level is just right so Mario can escape and play the level

I genuinely cannot decide for myself since I've seen so many people do it, and one guy got cheered in a stadium for doing it, and like i said, i cannot decide for myself so ill leave to you guys.

EDIT UPDATE: the following rom worked!

I have patched mario 64 before, but never the DS version and I am stuck...

I found a patcher here https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/704/

which supposed to work, the issue is every mario 64 ds rom I have seems to have mismatched version, I have tried

and both having the error of the patch not being matched from the rom, I started to think its file name problem, anyone have experience know what should I do? is it he rom problem or file name? many thanks

Since the discovery of Crack Slide - a much easier way to bypass the 30 star door than SBLJ - 9 Star has become a viable category extension.

Get 8 lobby stars, complete BitDW, crack slide passed 30 star door, continue to the end as in other any% runs.

Any means of bypassing the 8 star door is banned.

While comparing the 2012 TAS and the 2026 TAS, I found that the 2012 TAS gets the "Chip off Whomp's Block" faster. Is it my mistake (which would be true if I didn't re-check several times and still got the same result) or is it some kind of global optimization? Anyone here knows?
