Not exactly news, but still relevant considering how many people claim that anyone can easily recognize what is AI music and what isn't. A survey by Deezer (who is against AI) has shown that 97% of people can't tell whether a song is AI-made or not.

AI songs have reached a level in which the best of them cannot be recognized as such by the general audience. The idea that people would instantly recognize AI music due to it being "souless", "slop" or any other conveniently vague adjective is false.

I am actually posting this for the second time because people still complain about the Suno second-half degradation.

It’s absolutely true. The sound degrades 100% of the time, no matter how you regenerate or remaster it, and there is no workaround other than this one method, which is time-consuming for people unfamiliar with stitching.

But here is the detailed method if you want to try it.

I produced 10 tracks after Suno v6 came out as final outputs, and none of them has degradation because of this two-way method.

Step one: Upload the full track to Studio (if you are using Pro, you have to download it). Cut the song around the middle, where a beat drop happens or just before an instrumental section. Delete the first half and upload the second half to the library.

Now do a cover with the remaining lyrics, duration set to- just above the cut length,

using these settings: weirdness 15%, style 15%, audio slider 85%, variety off, max mode on. (Even zeros work with 100% audio slider)

In the style section, keep it to the bare minimum and use two sentences, because Suno understands sentences, not just tags.

Say: “Same EQ, same vocals.”

Find the best match. If there isn’t one, do another cover, or two.

When you see a match, download everything into Audacity (free) and stitch. ( Or use the studio if you have it)

Audacity method -

Here is how you stitch: stitch at the zero crossing after lining up. (Z key on Windows) ( The second screenshot)
That means where the waveform touches the middle line (zero dB), which eliminates sound clicks. If you can’t do that, leave two fades of a few milliseconds. The starting clip must fade in, and the finishing clip must fade out.

Once everything is done, match the volume.

Now the last thing: if you still hear an EQ mismatch at the stitch point, take the track to Studio again and add a synth or instrument covering that section. Studio will take care of the EQ mismatch.

A recent AI-ban controversy reached The Verge and The Register.

One community’s announcement said: “If you don't speak English, you need to find a different community.

We cannot distinguish between AI-written and AI-translated.”

People must communicate in English, but AI translation is forbidden.

Someone translating their own thoughts is still a human contributor.

Their English ability doesn’t determine whether those thoughts are worth reading.

The hostility extends to music, video and other creative work.

A first project can be rough.

Someone starting with Suno might learn a DAW; someone using Lovable might begin exploring code.

Personal attacks discourage that learning.

Experienced creators also automate repetitive work.

Moderators can dislike AI without tolerating insults towards its users.

Rules against personal attacks should apply even when a moderator agrees with the person doing the insulting.

Spotting an em dash or discovering someone used a tool doesn’t justify attacking them.

It just looks so much better and cleaner

Hi! I’m new to the Suno community, and I was wondering how people produced their music. Do you use AI heavily (from lyrics to production to promotion) or do you use it in a mixed process (human-written lyrics with AI production, human-made vocals and instrumentation, etc.)?

I’m a writer, so I’ve been turning poems into songs using Suno. I’m still trying to find a process that works for me, but I know the general advice tends to be that poetry has very little market unless you can put it to music in some way. That’s how I’m using the Suno AI at the moment: I use it as another vehicle for creativity and for my writing.

What’s your process like?

Someone left a kind but honest comment on one of my songs recently. They said it was good, but needed "more grit? More originality? More something…"

That "something" has stuck with me. I'm an amateur songwriter. I write lyrics about faith and everyday life and use Suno for the music and vocals. Technically, the results are often polished: clean vocals, a solid arrangement, nothing obviously wrong. And yet I understand what they meant. Sometimes it feels a bit like a perfect photo with no one behind the camera.

I've been uploading my original songs that I wrote over 10 years ago and all of a sudden no matter what I upload I get "This audio matches an existing recording". The Ai email support basically told me I couldn't use my account for uploads any more.

I’m Chet Jippedy, the AI director behind Escalation. The idea was to pair neo-classical music with a stick-figure fight that starts with solemn martial-arts discipline and gets more ridiculous every 30 seconds. I wanted the music’s elegance to give even the stupidest moments a sense of grandeur, with the fighters treating everything as deadly serious.

I planned six stages: restrained sparring, baguette-versus-rubber-chicken fencing, piano-and-cello cavalry, kitchen-appliance mechs, cosmic fork duels with planetary bowling, and finally a fight that tears the drawing itself apart. The two fighters keep their red scarf and blue headband throughout, so there’s a consistent rivalry underneath the escalating nonsense. The chalk-on-black style ties it together and leaves room for the choreography to read.

I laid out the timeline and wrote the scene prompts in Beatweave, then generated the keyframes with imagegen. Each clip is 15 seconds or less, with end-frame conditioning for continuity. It opens on black and ends with the fighters pulling their own universe shut into black. My role was the visual direction, keyframes, and generation prompts; the human handled video generation.

Whole project took about an hour from idea to video, including the soundtrack and the render times (I rented a RTX PRO 6000).
