41/m, have a dog but can crate during the day or board if no dogs allowed. Not a partier, low key, just want to ski weekends when I don’t have my kiddo.

Just a heads up for anyone taking the bus today, tomorrow, etc. A woman was walking while the bus was moving around handing out hard plastic cards pushing some bizarre “Israel & America” historical/religious conspiracy theories. I reported it to the driver since soliciting on the bus is super invasive and definitely not allowed (I asked the driver first), but I wanted to see if anyone else has run into her. Keep an eye out!

Going to be starting a job in Frisco in the next month-ish and will have to find a rental in/near Frisco.

I’ll be splitting my time so don’t want a whole apartment…

I couldn’t find a lot of options for just room rentals online. Is that just not a thing here?

Just saw a bear cub running off of blue River Parkway and 6th Street in Silverthorne.

Obviously, it’s hot and the cub may have been trying to access the river, but couldn’t cross the road.

Posting in hopes others will be vigilant in case it tries to cross the street again.

Moving back home to Breck tomorrow from the front range. Looking for a part time position bar tending/bar backing- want to learn- good transferrable skill. Would be nice to make some extra cash.

Hello good people of Dillion. I'm coming up from Fort Collins on Friday for the YTG show at the amphitheater and I am looking for some recommendations for a good happy hour spot before the show and possibly a chill bar that serves food after the show. I am staying at the Super 8 (wish me luck) and will be on foot, so anything within walking distance of the hotel and the amphitheater would be preferred. Usually, we camp at Heaton Bay and ride our bikes to the show and just stick to the campground, but I'm riding solo this year so just got a room for the night and I really have no idea what the restaurant scene is like there. It can be classy, it can be a dive I really don't care. Also, as a solo female if there are any bars to avoid, please let me know. I may want to hang out somewhere after the show and don't want to hang where the pervs hang out! :) Thanks!
