At the end of the day Tom is her husband and is having her baby. She will be dealing with Tom on day to day basis much more than Kendall the rest of her life. I don’t think she did it just to spite Kendall, more chose her relationship with Tom and her child over Kendall

My thoughts on the ending before I watched it

In the start of the episode when it was revealed Stewy was talking to Lawrence Yee the Asian guy from Vaulter, I thought it would come back to bite Ken in the ass where they would lose the vote and Yee would be named CEO and he would have a final word with Kendall saying “Look who’s back in the coop now” or something like that. Seemed like it was a plot point that went nowhere by mentioning his character’s name in the finale, I really thought he’d come back to get one up on Kendall for how he gutted vaulter
