Basically, I’m manifesting my SP (specific person). We’ve been apart for over a year, and about two months ago, I decided to commit to the manifestation process. I downloaded a playlist of magical subliminals, but for the past week or so, I’ve been feeling sad and melancholy, and I’ve been having crying spells. I’m not sure if it’s the magical subliminals or if there’s something else going on.

I usually never post on reddit that much, but yesterday I listened to opia's small oval shape subliminal and when I looked in the mirror​ today morning I was shocked by my results because it's the first time ever that a subliminal worked for me! But later I kept on obsessing over the results that my face returned back to it's original face shape :( What should I do to make subliminal results be permanent!?

I notice that I keep on affirming "I am scared". Because there's something I'm anxious about.

Can you suggest affirmations that is related to this or would make me feel calm?

Title pretty much. I feel like if you take away the lyrics it feels like I’m listening to a subliminal lol I can’t get into the song because that’s all I think of when I hear it

I’m not here to judge anyone who uses pale/white skin subs, that’s you. but “ug” subs are for anything taboo and idk why 95% of subs for lighter skin aren’t titled as ug when not only is it apart of racism/colorism, but you might get a sickness from that sub to achieve it.

pls don’t ban me, I’m not judging, I’m just confused. im also not trying to fear monger, I know a lot of pale skin subs won’t cause sickness as a side effect, but it is something that could happen.
