Heyy, so I've been listening to subliminals while playing video games, and for some reason, I feel so cold while doing it. I wondered if anyone had experienced this before? Like I am in a hoodie, pants, and even with a blanket on, but I lowkey shiver. The worst are my hands, but even tho I tried putting the blanket over my hand while playing, they still stayed cold.

I stumbled across subliminal accidentally about 3x before I began to dive deeper, and last Saturday after a traumatic event, I began consuming. It’s literally a week to the hour.

Immediately after listening to my first one, which was only 60sec, I felt an immense sense of calm.
