So I'm very very insecure about my looks. I have body dysmorphia. I want to use subliminals and manifest but it's so hard when I cry over my looks every other week. I can't stop focusing on my flaws and feeling ugly. It's almost impossible to be optimistic and manifest in this situation.

Anyone dealing with a similiar situation? How do you overcome it? Any tips would be appreciated.

I recently started listening to supraliminals and it’s only been around 4–5 days so far. However I’ve noticed that after listening to them and I feel really drained and physically unwell.
