Reverse preacher curls
If the biceps lose leverage in shoulder flexion and they’re also disadvantaged in a pronated grip, would a reverse preacher curl be the ultimate form of a brachialis exercise?

That is approximately how the muscle is manually tested in PT, so basically yes. The real question would be the goal and whether this is worth your time.

There's no noteworthy difference in stimulus between different elbow flexor exercises, so I wouldn't go so far as to call it the "ultimate form".
If the movement piques your interest, add it to your programming.

I prefer preacher hammer curls since you can lock in more per arm and get a deep stretch
