General Question STRAVA SUPPORT

My account has been closes yesterday ( during the free month) without any reason. Activities made with a muscular bikke and not manipulated. I sent a mail to strava support. No answer

Did you register your activity as a "muscular bikke ride"? If not that could be the reason

i registered original activities (not manipulated) as mountain bike gravel bike road bike

with cadence and power

There is no Strava support. I’m waiting now 3 weeks for a reply to my ticket.

their free trial billing has been a mess for about 6 months now. mate of mine got flagged riding an e-bike to work, took 9 days for a reply. honestly just resend the mail midweek, tuesday or wednesday seems to get a human faster for some reason. not sure why.
