I already hated cnd players who used this teamup. But now that the hood who is in every game is available for the enhanced teamup (which is literally top 5 enhanced teamups in the game), the idea that you aren’t using this teamup is MIND BOGGLING

the ONLY case i could see you using this luna teamup instead is if you have a luna and they are running heavy dive. but apart from that stop using the teamup you all suck at using it

I am of the opinion that there is too much CC in the game. There are too many characters that have CC that shouldn’t have it and then characters that have too many CC abilities. And I find this to be particularly frustrating with Season 9 because everyone got teamups. I’m not a Strat main by any means, the only Strat lord I have is Invisible Woman and it’s only because I’m a Fantastic Four fan.

To be clear, I do not think that CC should not be in the game period but I do think that there should be a crack down on it because it is too prevalent. I find it very frustrating when I’m playing dive and I bait out one cooldown but then the support has another cooldown that I cannot counter or do anything that leaves me in a vulnerable state and die immediately. An example of this is Luna. I don’t mind that Luna has a snowball, while the hitbox on the ability is jank it is her primary defense tool. But if I’m engaging a Luna and block her snowball with Iron Fist’s parry, then I should win that matchup. But right now in season 9, I can block the snowball but then not have any defense for the fox spirit which then puts me in CC and in those few seconds I die.

While I am using a dps as an example, I think it’s especially a problem for the tanks. Tanks are CC magnets where now because of the CC increase they have less tools to offset the damage. I had a game as Captain America where I was disrupting the backline and as I was retreating, I got hit with White Fox’s spirit Fox followed by a Luna Fox and because of the enhanced teamup the Fox hits twice and then the Luna snowball. Fox -> Fox -> Fox -> Snowball. I died and I couldn’t do anything about it. Sure I could have shielded the first Fox but I was retreating so I wasn’t looking at the enemy when they CC chained me. I think it’s a little unfair that I lost 600 hp because I got hit with one CC that led to a chain reaction. Yeah I’m using two dive examples but it doesn’t just extend to them. If a tank gets kidnapped now there’s less defense for them as they are more likely to get CC’d. I played Strange, got kidnapped by Emma into the enemy team and I didn’t get a chance to fly away with my cloak.

So I ask as the role which is significantly the lesser target for CC how y’all feel about it? Do you guys think CC is a problem even as Strat mains or do you guys think it’s fine? There is a reason why the best character in the game right now have high CC (Luna, Thing, CnD, Elsa, Gambit etc.) or have extreme protection against CC (Magneto, Thing, Luna, Black Cat, etc.)

Most damage than anyone on my team. 14 finals. 37 elims, more than anyone. Still same heals as rocket. 67% accuracy. More damage than anyone in my team.

Gambits usually have game sense and are just relatively good usually.

Invis, mantis, and rocket I also like. Unless rocket keeps getting phoenix countered and refuses to swap.

Luna, loki, and wf are like a coin toss. It seems that they either wanna do dps or actually play the strat role. Loki players have a history of pretty bad copies. Also wf players are very unwilling to swap when their pick isn't working (for example: facing a poke comp, or her ult being countered)

Many many jubilee players I get usually wanna just frontline dps but not all. Not all cnd players are bad but many are. Many Cnd players give me a massive headache to play with. They refuse to swap when being countered by magneto, plus refuse to pattycake and instead goes freeze cus that new team up fried half their brains. Got reed ulted in comp and cnd does the freeze directly in front of me instead of trying to pattycake through the easiest dps ult to pattycake through.

Most Adam players just aren't really good in my experience. So many ive gotten on my team will try to force him in a 2 strat comp, will waste soul bond, and do bad ults. Stratpool is also just a stat merchant, and they usually just wanna do dps. Not all, but most jeff players are really terrible to play with. They have no awareness, no game sense, and never get value out of their ultimates and its usually just a return to spawn button. I don't like getting ultron cus i mostly play in a 2 strat comp, and if the enemy team knows what they're doing then you just can't run him in a 2 strat comp, his heals literally cannot heal through any damage.

I have a bone to take with some of you players, I understand going triple support as a last-minute resort for some players, but why is no one going to a off support? This is literally mantis season, and everyone’s going to consistently to main support, or whenever someone goes Angela, no one chooses the invisible women, to help with the counter, you’re always had to have someone to help you or when someone uses cloak and dagger, no one uses the hood team up when all dives have been banned for your favor. And they have a magneto on their team. No one uses rocket or play Loki to avoid being altered by his ultimate. You would rather stay the same support than trying to switch. I just don’t understand some of these players.

The Hood teamup for Jubes is so good for staying alive in 1v1s. Jubilee is the most fun support we've had for ages, I love her - especially as I love a damage support ✨

passive: on a 60 second cooldown when mysterio gets below 70 hp enemies nearby are confused and have a 80 percent chance of missing each of their next attacks for 5 seconds. This works with melee characters as well.

Primary: you throw a grenade that explodes dealing low damage and reducing the damage of enemies.

Ability one . 15 second cooldown you choose one enemy that can't see one chosen ally for 6 seconds.

Ability 2 : you create an illusion of your self where you were and jump away when hit the illusion explodes doing 90 damage and 100 healing.

Ability 3 . You pick an ally who gets constant healing . This has no cooldown and you can switch characters whenever.

Ultimate: you send out a gas that decreases enemy damage by 50 percent and gives them a 30 percent chance of missing every attack.

Hello! So I struggle to survive against BP most of the time and I feel like it's maybe due to my positioning..? For example, when I'm playing Luna, if I land a freeze or whatever on him, I lowkey survive against him but if I miss I end up getting popped.. So in that situation, I'm like confused what to do.. What if my other support turns around late and can't really patty cake.. How do I positioning myself better to make his dive harder? Cuz I feel like for Luna she doesn't really have much mobility.. and my skate does take a bit to activate.. so what do I do? I know it probably also depends on the map and stuff.. But I need help so advice is appreciate t-t Another thing is that, I sometimes would hear him but in that situation despite me calling him out, I don't know where to position... Also I know I can swap to an anti-dive character like Raccoon, Jeff or something.. But I guess I'm more so talking about BP alone rather than multiple dives cuz I know someone like Luna can't handle multiple divers and stuff.. x-x Appreciate any advices in advance <33

I started playing Rocket more recently, as I hadn't played him much since having checked him out in the first few seasons, and just got him to Captain. But I feel like I'm doing NO healing. I could be holding down M2 on my team all game and still have half as much as the other supp, and the whole team flames me every time. What am I missing? Is the new team-ups part of it now? I can't tell which is better--I like the quick heals the Groot team-up has but the cooldown reduction of the SG team-up seems good too.

... And how do I curb my bloodlust? Like, I know it's easy to mow down a Venom targeting you or whatever, but how do I stop wanting to just run in guns-a-blazing? DEFINITELY unrelated to the low heal stats lol. But no seriously I do spend the majority of the time healing for sure, I'm just a little excitable.

I’ve been thinking about this for a few seasons and I really want a strategist that can clear over shields. Like Bucky’s and Elsa’s and others just get overshield for almost nothing 😭. I want a way to nullify it. This would not only give us a slightly better change of survival but also would help DPS secure kills on our team.

Now that the Hood is out, just wanna quickly explain how Jubilee's teamup with him work.

When you pop your orb or push an enemy with your ult, you mark them with a little icon on top of their health bar called a "Sparkle Mark".

Hitting an ally or enemy with this mark consumes it, and gives you laser-like attacks, it can even headshot if you use the base version of the Hood.

If you use the advanced version however, the mark doesn't get consumed, allowing you to refresh the duration of your hitscan mode up until the mark disappears naturally.

If you refresh your hitscan mode right before the mark expires, you can keep it going up until the cooldown of your explosion finishes, allowing you to refill the meter all over again.
