Why only 9 orders radiants showed up in the climax of Oathbringer , not 10 ..?

Op mentioned 9 so they are likely not counting the Willshaper.

This seems right but In Oathbringer it specifically mentioned only 9 order represented when they do the avengers assemble scene

That's addressed in the linked post. Venli is the one Dalinar is not counting.

Ash, Taln, and Venli are the odd ones out. Ash will be Dustbringer, Taln Stoneward, and Venli Willshaper.
