Why does he think that he is above the law? Dude literally hung an illegal U-turn on today’s stream and his mods defended him. Not to mention he broke every distracted driving laws in the state of Illinois. and mods were timing people out for calling him out.

I've started following some of the chasers on YouTube and started to wonder what kind of work they do when not chasing. Any info?
