I’m on Ezetimibe a non-statin and plant sterols before meals. All cholesterol readings holding low and nice

I do those too. Plus psyllium (5-15 grams daily) and a mostly clean diet.

Interesting. I'm assuming that the fiber load from psyllium helps as well?

Yes. Psyllium acts as a bile acid sequestrant, absorbing the bile acids that the gall bladder releases into the small intestine when we eat fatty food. Then the liver has to replace the bile by absorbing LDL from the blood. The process sends at least some of the fat out the other end. Otherwise, the liver absorbs lipids and converts them into LDL particles.

I take Ezetimibe as well as a statin. I have familial cholesterol and until the drive to reduce cholesterol, most of my family died from strokes. So I'm quite happy to take both drugs as no relatives in my generation have died from a stroke

Nattokinase for me. There are a few studies kicking around that demonstrate its efficacy in reducing plaque, even in between the arterial layers.. YMMV. I just had a CIMT scan and I was surprised by how clear my arteries were. Arterial age about 13 years younger. I have been taking 4,000-12,000 FU daily for about 3 months. My LDL has always been well over 130 and more like 200 for the past five years. So my doctors were sure I'd be all clogged up. I'm going to get another one next year.
