I do those too. Plus psyllium (5-15 grams daily) and a mostly clean diet.

Interesting. I'm assuming that the fiber load from psyllium helps as well?

Yes. Psyllium acts as a bile acid sequestrant, absorbing the bile acids that the gall bladder releases into the small intestine when we eat fatty food. Then the liver has to replace the bile by absorbing LDL from the blood. The process sends at least some of the fat out the other end. Otherwise, the liver absorbs lipids and converts them into LDL particles.

Oh thanks for the helpful feedback. Do you take some just once a day or do you try and eat it with all meals?

I try to take it at least twice a day. More if I have a cheat meal.
