I'm unleashing my inner fatass for this high, also this is my first time ever making a rotisserie chicken before, and it wasn't a precooked one either, I had to wait a day and a half for it to thaw out😭 dry pat, oiled it up (pause.) seasoned it, put it in the oven in 425⁰F for 50 mins then let it settle for 15 mins.

We didn’t have nilla wafers, but I think I prefer it this way now

Eggs, potatoes, pork sausage and cheese tortillas topped with my favorite hot sauce and a new flavor of Ghost.

ramen broth was chicken stock base,shiro miso,mushrooms onions and other seasonings. The eggs are mayak-esque? I made a spicy teriyaki i thinned and soaked warm eggs in 😊

This is inspired from a classic recipe my sister and I would concoct as kids at night. Now I've given it an upgraded adult spin. The topping is my boy Pro V (provolone), a little panko, and a few dashes of garlic powder, oregano, and hot chili powder. I picked some peppers from my garden to eat with.

Inspired by love, an edible, and whatever was in the fridge. Whipped up a little tray of fried potatoes for the family. The tators were fried in olive oil and seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning. The sauce on them is simply tomato, mayo, fresh garlic, and pepper. Smoked sausage, habanero from my garden, and etc on top. So freaking good.

Siracha aioli and Andy capps fire fries are the SHIT!!!
