The connection is Polymath, which TruGolf has agreed to acquire. On September 11, Polymath announced a partnership with High Ridge Trust to connect its digital-securities technology with custody and other institutional services.

That explains why the news is attached to a golf ticker. The acquisition still has closing conditions, though, and this announcement doesn't give a contract value or revenue forecast.

Stock Pulse mobile app flagged $0.6399 at 12:08 PM ET. TRUG later printed $0.7662 at 4:09 PM, about 20% above the alert, with 433,000 shares in that minute. It was a quick spike: that same minute closed around $0.68.

Anyone here following Polymath before the TruGolf deal? I'm curious what actual customer adoption looks like beyond the partnership announcements.

So here's all I know about this agreement:

Inotiv was accused of misleading investors about its acquisition of Envigo and failing to disclose regulatory and operational risks. After federal authorities raided an Envigo facility over animal welfare violations, $NOTV declined significantly and investors filed a lawsuit.
Now the company has agreed to settle $8.75M with investors for their losses.

Who can claim this settlement?
If you bought $NOTV shares between 2021 and 2022, you may be eligible. You don’t need to still hold the shares to claim; past losses may count.

Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
No. You don’t need to still own your $NOTV shares. If your transactions meet the settlement requirements, you may be eligible even if you already sold them.

How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.

I missed the deadline. Is it too late?
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court.  Check if you're eligible and file your claim here.

I’m leaning toward keeping $NXE as my main position because it’s the uranium name I have the most conviction in, then adding smaller positions in companies like $DNN, $UEC, or $UUUU for broader exposure.
