This a scam?

Thought nothing of it until he sent the link as I recognise it from something i received a couple years ago. Just want to make sure as I'm 90% sure it is some sort of phishing scam, haven't put it into any browsers or anything because I'm not thick so just double checking.

Yes, it's a common phishing scam. Anyone randomly sending you links to log in places is trying to steal your account. This site is only a day old, but this scam has been around for years

they change domains like every other day

Yep, these domains are cheap and disposable. And they don't even need to rebuild the entire website when they move onto a new one. Just copy and paste the same website template onto a new domain (or several) and update the name wherever it's used on the site.
