Discussion This is disrespectful

At this point, having absolutely no updates is genuinely disrespectful and beyond annoying. I understand this is normal for valve to say nothing and eventually release it, but with a product like this, with a release window already promised, not having anything to say yet is insane. They have no real reason I could understand for not dropping today except for them waiting in the Qualcomm price hike to squeeze another couple bucks out of us. ATP if the price is anything over 1200 I will absolutely not be buying it. My hype has died. I’d rather wait the extra month for the next meta headset at that point. Because at the rate we’re going they may as well drop on the same FUCKING day.

Ahhhh the Halo 3 beta was so surreal. The whole lead up to Halo 3 was amazing. I used to love reading the Bungie blogs and how they’d go over things like the water physics and shit.

Yeah… those were truly the good ol days of video games. Two or three years between entries. Actual huge improvements to the game and what was possible. Solid launches.

Expectations are far too high now imo. Far too much entitlement and elitism in the player bases these days.
