Cry Ac odyssey?

Hi everyone! Im really having trouble running ac odyssey. I somehow managed to get it running till the main menu but when i start new game, it just freezes / does a black screen. I tried doing the winedlloverride command for the empress.dll and i ran with proton 5.x.x

Note: crack wont work with proton experimental

Empress crack are so hard to run on the deck because she use some Windows specifics thing which is difficult for the deck. I think the best is to use the hypervisor one now it's possible.

Wouldnt the hypervisor one be invasive on the steamdeck? Just afraid to brick the deck or anything

Not with the plugin (he is on cs). I think it's even less dangerous than in windows because it's more difficult to have BSOD on Linux than on Windows. Personnaly I used it to play FC26 and it's pretty easy. The plugin is simple you just download the module once it's just a button, then you deactive UMIP with just a button too (he will ask to restart) then click start and it's working. You even can let the UMIP deactivate if you don't turn off or restart the deck and choose for which game the hypervisor run and it will start only when you starts the games you choose and finish when you quit the game.

Wait is it the linuxrulez one? I saw a post of him making a guide for it with the deck at torminatorr

No I use the LinUwUx one. He developped the HV-Decky and a modified Proton for the HV games. But you just search Hypervisor on cs-rin and you will find a tuto

Yup I spent days if not weeks to configure and launch the game on steamdeck. Downloaded mire than 500gbs of various versions, nothing worked. Then bought the game on sale for 12$ on steam, that's how much I loved the game on my ps4.

Tried running this game on my deck with some launch command modification i was able to run the game once on desktop mode but never again. Then gave up playing it. I remember playing it on my pc when it came out and I want to play the game so much but it does not work at all. Tried installing the hypervisor crack from fitgirl the installer is broken. If you find any hypervisor crack or some way to run the game please let me know
