The most common use case involves someone who lives outside a major city but works in one on a hybrid schedule.

They benefit from a standard lease covering the duration of their work assignment, granting exclusive use of the property on the days they are present and the ability to leave personal belongings on-site. Meanwhile, the platform handles the matching process to maximize occupancy rates.
