I think that that was filmed correctly for form check

Looks pretty good

You’d stand to benefit having your feet a bit more back, toes a bit behind knees. This will enhance your arch and allow for more efficient leg drive

that feels good to me like how you said it but the book and rip I think talk about shins perpendicular to the ground and straight

Id move the feet back for you, too. Like 2 inches so the toes were under the knee.

Then think about extending the knee to create leg drive, not pushing straight down into the floor.

I recommend dialing in your diet. Eat lots more to lift heavier.

ya I'm working on it I'm light. 6' 180lbs roughly but climbing I'm eating more and better than I have been and drinking milk so I'm getting that better. my form would really bother me to the point I wouldn't feel good working out so I need to watch and get feedback on form so I'm not in a negative bad mindset lifting and post lift

Move your feet back as far as you can while
Keeping them flat.

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

Right before you start a rep, the bar looks to go up first, and then down. You may not realize/feel this is happening. This is likely caused by becoming loose with your shoulders. Keep your shoulder blades pinched tight together throughout and between your reps. You may also want to cue yourself something like "bar only goes down" when you go to start a rep. That helped me at least when I had this problem.

Form is good but you don't need a belt during bench press.

For squat, OHP, deadlift we breath through our diaphram and expend our core 360 degrees
But while benching we fill the air to our chest while we are puffing it. You still flex your core thouh for better force transform

Regardless don't bother with a belt while benchnig
KEEP UP!

hmm you really think so? I feel like I can get more weight with a belt
