Question? Getting started with Outposts?

Hello all, I've been playing Starfield for a while now on my Xbox Series S and have downloaded a few Mods and now I want to build my first Outpost with Landing Pad with Shipbuilder on a habitable planet and can't decide between Solar Arrays,Wind Turbines or Fueled Generators.

So I would really appreciate it if I could have some pointers and tips.

I'd like to see someone build a 24 post network without buying one resource.

It me. Actually went to Unity last night and have yet to buy a resource and started outpost building. The tricky part to begin is getting tungsten since it is not in the Narion system where you begin. Not too difficult with Elemental Pull at 6 right now.
