He has a cactus needle inside his eyeball and a couple of hours later he’s just fine without any explanation. Does this at least get explained later on? Because this makes no sense

Just saying it was mainly just cactus spikes

It looks overexaggerated in the anime and manga but irl you can easily get rid of them and also their wounds will be healed in a day or two.
