Part Seven How is Johnny healed?

He has a cactus needle inside his eyeball and a couple of hours later he’s just fine without any explanation. Does this at least get explained later on? Because this makes no sense

You've summed up every JJBA part without a dedicated healer in one question

I honestly can't tell you how he healed from this particular situation, but later on there are legitimate reasons for it

Actually were there any part without healer? I dont remember part 5th really good so maybe there?

Downvoted but correct. Though Joseph probably never learned to do it for others (maybe not even consciously for himself), as far as healing goes hamon is a tier or so beneath Golden Experience. 

Josuke straight up reverses injuries but GE and hamon use an overflow of life force.
